Our commitment

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Within 15 days of receiving your order
Swankini gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with tags attached for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the packing receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. We'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the original purchase price.

After 15 days of receiving your order
Swankini will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale.

Return or exchange an item by mail

• Remember to include you the packing slip you received with your order.
• Send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable shipping method (Fedex, UPS, U.S. Postal Service, etc.). Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instructed. There's no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges; we just ask that you pay for the return postage.

• Your name and billing address.
• The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
