Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s). The return shipping will be a $7.99 flat rate which will be deducted from the refund amount. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags and sanitary liner, and in its original packaging. Please note that it is at our discretion what items are deemed as appropriate for return. 
• Must initiate return within 14 days of receiving product 
• Please note that sale items and items market with 'Final Sale' do not qualify for a return

To start a return, please visit your online account and initiate a return or email us at returns@swankini.com. Once we have received and approved your request, we will email you a shipping label.  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
